The White Company use the following core Pyramid applications: Allocation Manager, Replenishment Manager, Store Planning and Analytics. These are integrated with the Microsoft D365 ERP.

Allocation & Replenishment

The White Company operates a premium multichannel retail business with stores across the UK and a growing presence in the United States. Buying decisions, allocation, and replenishment had to stay tightly coordinated across two markets running on different calendars and consumer rhythms.

Before adopting Pyramid, the merchandising team was reconciling spreadsheets and disparate planning tools every week. Open-to-buy figures drifted between channels. Allocations to flagship stores were over-weighted while smaller locations were starved of new arrivals. By the time anyone noticed, the season was halfway over.

With Pyramid in place, the buying, planning, and allocation teams now work from a single source of truth. OTB is managed centrally, store profiles drive allocations automatically, and exceptions surface in time to act on them. The team has cut planning cycles in half and eliminated the manual reconciliation work that previously dominated each week.

Pyramid gave us back our weeks. Instead of chasing data, the team now spends its time on the decisions that actually move the business forward.
