Fastplan

Lightning-fast bottom-up planning for teams that outgrew the spreadsheet.

FASTPLAN · AW26 / WOMENSWEAR

Overview

Fastplan is a focused planning surface for teams that need to move from a blank line list to a sign-off-ready plan in hours, not weeks. It is built for keystrokes, with live OTB recalc, shared range planning across buying, planning and finance, and templated kick-off so a season starts halfway done.

  • Built for keystrokes: bulk edit, smart fill, row maths, pinned columns
  • Open-to-buy reflows live, every keystroke
  • One plan, every team: buying, planning and finance work the same surface
  • Templated season kick-off from last year, a sister category, or a supplier proposal
01

Why we are building it

Bottom-up planning lives in spreadsheets for a reason: speed and freedom. The dedicated tools that try to replace them tend to be slow, modal, click-heavy, and built around month-long cycles instead of the actual rhythm of a buying meeting.

Fastplan is our answer. It is a focused planning surface tuned for the speed-of-thought work a buyer does when they are laying in option counts, setting a buy by store group, or working a sister-category template into a fresh season. The maths is real, the OTB is live, and the keystrokes are the same ones you would use in a spreadsheet.

02

Built for keystrokes

Every common action is a key away. Bulk edit a column, smart-fill from a pattern, write row-level formulas, pin columns to keep your eye on the OTB while you work. A 5,000-row plan should feel like a 50-row one, and Fastplan is engineered around that constraint from the data layer up.

03

Live OTB, no save button

Open-to-buy is the number that matters, and it should never be stale. In Fastplan, OTB reflows the moment a planner changes a cell. There is no save step, no recompute step, no "the dashboard is updating" pause. The number is always the truth.

04

One plan, every team

Buyers, planners and finance work the same plan in real time, with comments, locks and a full audit trail replacing the email-the-spreadsheet ritual. Templated kick-off lets a team start a season from last year, a sister category, or a supplier proposal, and the maths handles the lift so the team can focus on the merchandise.

05

Status

Fastplan is in active development. The core grid, OTB engine and template library are wired up; we are working on the collaboration layer and the production import pipeline. If your team is forcing a bottom-up plan into a spreadsheet today, we would like to talk.

We work closely with a small group of design partners on each product before launch. If this is solving a real problem for your team, we’d like to hear about it.
